Subscription Terms and Conditions
- T2 Vape provides a service which allows customers to set up recurring orders for their chosen products available on the website.
- There is no minimum term to set up a recurring order. When a customer sets a recurring order, the number of weeks or months set is for dispatch of order, not delivery. Deliveries are sent with free standard UK delivery so can take 3 to 5 days to be delivered.
- Any change in the order will mean that the current order will need to be cancelled and a new recurring order to be set up. We will try to ensure there is no delay in customer orders.
- Cancellations must be done a minimum of 14 days of the next order due to be dispatched, to be done on your account page or calling Customer Services on 0800 731 1178.
- Bonus points will be applied to customer accounts when the order is dispatched and points will be removed for any orders that are returned.
