Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received outside these times will be dispatched the next working day.

We utilize Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery for all UK deliveries. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days, although delivery times might extend during particularly busy periods or holidays.

For orders placed before 3:30 PM between Monday and Friday, we aim for same-day dispatch. Orders made outside of these hours will be sent on the following business day.

Deliveries are estimated to arrive within 24 to 48 hours using our express courier service. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may take up to 72 hours. Like with standard delivery, there are no dispatches or deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

If you buy Lost Mary or Elf Bar items and your total is £15 or more, you get UK delivery for free.
If you spend less than £15 on Lost Mary or Elf Bar items, you’ll need to pay £2.50 for delivery.

Adding a T2 / Jucce Bar / NVee Product:

When you add any T2 / Jucce Bar / NVee product to your basket along with a Lost Mary or Elf Bar item, you don’t have to worry about how much you spend. You get free delivery, no matter the total.

For Everything Else:

On all other items on our website, delivery is free, and there’s no minimum amount you have to spend.
These are the basic rules for how delivery charges work with your order. Before you finish your purchase, make sure to check your order summary to see if there are any delivery charges.

Order Early to Avoid Disappointment

To receive your order before Christmas, we strongly advise placing it by Friday, 12 December 2025.
This gives our team and couriers the best chance to deliver your items on time.

Final Pre-Christmas Orders

If you order by 1 pm on Thursday, 18 December 2025, we’ll do our very best to get your package to you before Christmas Day. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to high courier demand, and once your parcel is with the courier, we’re unable to control delivery speed or timing.

Festive Dispatch Break

Please note that no orders will be dispatched between 25th December 2025 and 1st January 2026.
Any orders placed during this period will be processed and dispatched once we return in the new year.
