Festive Season Shipping Update

Our final cut-off dates for pre-Christmas delivery have been confirmed as the following:

Free Standard UK Delivery: Before 11am – 15th December

Premium Delivery: Before 11am – 20th December

For orders placed after these dates, we’ll continue to dispatch and we’ll do our best to get your order to as quickly as possible. However, we can’t give any guarantees as to when you’ll receive it.

Please note that the start of January will be extremely busy for our warehouse and customer care team, so we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

Free Delivery

All orders are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service. Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, but this does not mean it has been collected by the courier. This is to indicate that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.

Premium Delivery

  • £5 charge for next-day signed delivery.

Upgraded delivery

At our discretion, we may upgrade your postage option. We will not charge you any extra postage fees for this.

Please note

We may provide your e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

Returns Policy

  • 14 days money back guarantee, send back within 14 days of receipt
  • To avoid customs charges, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS‘.
  • The buyer is responsible for returning products

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 15:30 (Monday-Friday): We aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders outside of these days and time, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Free Delivery Service: We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed Delivery for all UK deliveries. You can expect delivery of your order within 3-5 working days but this can be longer at exceptionally busy or particular times.

PREMIUM: An estimated delivery time is within 24-48 hours as we use an express courier service. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland takes two working days.

Holiday period delivery: We greatly value your support and appreciate your understanding during this festive season. Please take note that due to increased demand and potential courier delays, your order might take a bit longer than usual to reach you.
